All his works, so easily readable, are complex. His sculptures of rebels and creators – The Violinist, Job – are characters betone time and beyond history. Time dnes in them goes back to its beginning, to its beginning, to the moment of creation, to te first day. Lookng at Job’s hands we start to realize the world and all things contained in ti as something hidden in our palms, and also as something that may fall out af them. We start to realize that God is skulptor by profession. And that the same palms as Job’s ones blues the world together and kneaded the red clay of chaos.
